From Understanding Systems to Living Wisely Within Them

Many leaders learn systems thinking. Far fewer develop systems intelligence.

Systems thinking teaches us to recognize connections, feedback loops, unintended consequences, and long-term effects. It helps us understand why isolated solutions often fail.
